Common Logic (CL) has provided consulting, staffing and operational support to numerous broadcast entities and support companies in the sports and entertainment businesses. Located in Connecticut, CL has long-term arrangements with primary clients Outside Television, Tupelo-Honey Raycom and MetLife Stadium. Common Logic is also the broadcast consultant for WBC Boxing.

Common Logic was started by Dave Shaw in 2008 (over 30 years of experience in live sports broadcasting) who previously served as President of Venue Services Group for five years, a systems integration/staffing firm where he oversaw building of multiple sports production facilities including NESN, MASN, MSG, Tennis Channel and mobile units for NMT and clients CBS Sports, NESN, Fox Sports and ESPN; and he was Senior Vice President of Technical Operations and Engineering and was a multiple Emmy-award winning editor and technician during his 23-year tenure at Madison Square Garden Network and Fox Sports NY.

Common Logic currently employs technical management, IT management, production management and traffic coordinators, and has a large database of freelance hires in the broadcast business.
